Delivery & Returns


Order by 2pm on a weekday and your order will be dispatched that day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

To ensure safe delivery of your order we only used a Signed For method of delivery, whether that be Royal Mail or by Courier.

If your order is heavier than expected, we will then require that it is sent by courier. You won't be charged if we make this decision to upgrade your delivery.

Swarovski Factory/Wholesale Packs - These items are not kept in stock in our warehouse and as such require 1 to 2 working days to receive these items from Swarovski's factory in Austria.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Deliveries are available Monday to Friday using one of our selected couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the size and weight of your order. Please ensure your order is placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) and select Next Day Delivery at the check-out. If ordering on Friday for a next day delivery then your order will arrive on the Monday (or the following working day).

Collection of your order is available from our London office, Monday to Friday by appointment. Once your order is ready for collection a member of our team will be touch to arrange a day and time.

1. Your order will be packaged and ready for your collection. Your order cannot be amended on collection.

2. All orders must be paid for in full either over the phone or through our website before collection.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.

For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for wholesale/factory pack items as they are ordered in from the manufacturer on request and not held in stock.
