SWAROVSKI Transfer Design Service

The SWAROVSKI® transfer design service allows you to create a bespoke design using SWAROVSKI® Elements.

This service is FREE. There are no set up costs or hidden design fees involved – just the cost of your finished transfer.

This service allows you to create a bespoke design using SWAROVSKI® Elements, whether they be Hot Fix Transfers to be used for garments or Crystal-It! to be used for decoration on novelty items. Why not consider “crystallizing” your brand image or company logo to suit a particular sales campaign.

As SWAROVSKI’s recommended authorized wholesaler we have a wealth of experience in helping customers achieve their desired requirements.

The Process

In order to get you a quote for your desired transfer, you will need to send a detailed image of your design including all measurements, article numbers of the stones used, colour codes and sizes. Please also indicate the product group (see below) your design refers to. The more information provided will enable us to quote as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Please Note: Always submit your drawing/image of the desired design to scale and advise us of actual size you require. A small sketch, when enlarged to the desired size, will have blurred lines that will make it difficult for us to correctly reinterpret. Images or drawings representing 100% size of the design or very good quality scans in JPG, BMP or DXF format will ensure we have clear data to work from. This can be submitted by email (shown below). When an image or sketch is submitted as a hard copy by email, please include a scale legend (e.g. copy/scan with ruler next to the drawing). This will ensure that the desired size of the design can be identified.
